Weight Loss Salad Recipe | Avocado & Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup cucumber, diced

  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup  tomato, diced

  • 1/2 cup avocado, diced

  • 1tsp lemon, juice

  • 1/2 tsp olive oil

  • Some fresh coriander 

  • Salt, to taste

  • Pepper, to taste

  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala (optional)

  • 1/4 chilli flakes ( optional)


Method:


Add all the above ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Eat fresh.
